Installed Applications Metadata

• This metadata is collected solely to assess device integrity, identify potentially compromised environments, and reinforce platform security.
• The App does not read the contents of other applications, account credentials, personal data stored within them, or any in-app activity of third-party apps.
• Installed application metadata plays no role in credit approval decisions, credit limit setting, pricing, or any other financial outcomes.
• All collected metadata is encrypted and securely transmitted to server.dhruvloan.com, and is deleted once the security verification process is complete.
• Granting this permission is optional. Declining it will not block general App access, though some security checks may be limited.

Device Information

The App may record technical attributes of your device, such as its model and manufacturer, OS version, display resolution, network conditions, IP address, Google Advertising ID (AD_ID), and other system-level identifiers provided by the operating system.

• This information is used to support application performance, strengthen service security, detect irregular usage patterns, and conduct internal reliability analytics.
• The Google Advertising ID is not used for any advertising, marketing, or user profiling activities.
• Device data is collected strictly for security and service stability — it plays no part in automated credit or limit decisions.
• The App may also access limited phone state details such as network connectivity status to assist with device security checks.

Camera Access

If you upload identity or verification documents, the App may request access to your camera. Any images captured are encrypted before being transmitted to server.dhruvloan.com. They serve no purpose beyond identity verification and are permanently deleted as soon as the review is complete.

Location Information (Approximate Location)

If you grant the relevant permission, the App may access approximate (coarse) location information. This is used to validate regional service eligibility, support security verification, and assist with regulatory compliance.

• The App does not collect precise GPS coordinates.
• The App does not track location in the background.
• Location data is never used for advertising, marketing, or behavioral profiling.

Network and Connectivity Information

Network connectivity details — including your connection type and Wi-Fi status — may be accessed by the App. This keeps communication with our servers stable, ensures data is reliably transmitted, and supports the smooth operation of credit-related features. It is not used to observe anything you do outside the App.

User Interaction and Diagnostic Data

Anonymized usage signals — such as screens visited, session duration, feature interactions, crash logs, and other diagnostic events — may be gathered to understand how the App performs. This feeds only into product improvement and has no bearing on credit assessments or lending outcomes.
